Program Objectives:

This program is designed for University students who want to learn Spanish through a linguistic immersion in Spain and its capital city, Madrid.

The experience puts together learning to communicate and practice the language through a total immersion in the Spanish culture. This is possible due to the daily routes around the city that we offer, along with practicing Spanish with specifically selected topics. Every day you will discover new places in a joint experience of talking about and visiting the most emblematic and magical places in the city of Madrid. Both the linguistic and the cultural activities will fully immerse you in the Madrid lifestyle.


Program duration and timetable

From July 1st to July 29th, 2015 (4 weeks)

8 hours of Spanish classes a day through activities around the city.

Monday to Friday from 10 to 18 hrs.

Course dynamics:

2 blocks of 4 hours each a day:


Block 1: from 10:00 to 14:00 hrs. Teacher 1

Block 2: from 14:00 to 18:00 hrs. Teacher 2


Blocks’ content:

30 minute rounds of vocabulary/structure activities while travelling by bus, metro or by foot, followed by a 60 minute topic activity in places such as museums, parks, restaurants, etc.

The University will be the meeting point where the groups will get together and will trace the daily route and objectives.


Price of the program:

3.590 euros per participant, including 160 hours of Spanish classes and accommodation.

Food is not included in the price.

Oxbridge will be in charge of preparing a tailored program for the course as well as all its activities and content.
